The article examines the possibilities of using Excel spreadsheets for monitoring, analyzing, and managing warehouse inventories in logistics systems. The purpose of the study is to develop and substantiate practical approaches to assessing inventory management efficiency based on Excel tools and modern logistics analysis methods. The main areas of research include calculating optimal and average inventory levels, evaluating inventory turnover, analyzing the level of delivery service, and applying ABC and XYZ analysis for the classification of product groups. The scientific significance of the study lies in the integrated application of statistical and logistics methods aimed at improving the quality of managerial decision-making. The research methodology is based on economic and mathematical methods, statistical analysis, and the use of variation, oscillation, skewness, and kurtosis coefficients, followed by visualization of the results using Excel tools. As a result, a universal inventory analysis model was developed, making it possible to identify demand instability, assess the risks of shortages and excess inventories, and optimize replenishment processes. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed model to improve warehouse logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of material flow management.
