Dear Authors and Reviewers,

The Editorial Board of the Eurasian Journal of Applied Engineering and Technology (EJAET) would like to draw your attention to important information regarding the delivery of official emails sent from the journal’s website: https://ejaet.enu.kz.

Due to technical restrictions imposed by mail.ru, yandex.ru, bk.ru, and other email services within the Mail Group ecosystem, widespread email delivery issues have been observed:

  • Emails are not delivered at all.
  • Emails are redirected to the “Spam” or “Deleted Items” folders.
  • Communication is disrupted during article submission, peer review, and editorial correspondence.

The issue is caused by strict email filtering systems that block automated notifications sent from the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform on which our journal operates.

In this regard, we strongly recommend that you:

  1. Use institutional or corporate email addresses when registering on the platform (e.g., @enu.kz, @edu.kz, @kaznu.kz, etc.).
  2. Alternatively, you may use Gmail addresses (@gmail.com), which reliably receive system notifications.
  3. Avoid registering with email addresses ending in the following domains: @mail.ru, @yandex.ru, @bk.ru, @inbox.ru, and @list.ru.

If you have already registered using an email address affected by these issues, you can change your email address in your personal profile on the platform.

Sincerely,

The Editorial Board of the Eurasian Journal of Applied Engineering and Technology (EJAET)
